Narrative Design
Everything from dungeon design and worldbuilding to high fantasy writing, poetry, dialogue writing, and lyrics! Anything that tells an engaging story that Monika has worked on and put out.
Inspired by Lovecraftian horror and Dungeons & Dragons, this little adventure is a twist on the “experiment gone wrong” trope, with a humorous ending. It is a “dungeon” experience written for a role-playing website that Monika used to work for.
Monika’s biggest passion project, where her D&D Campaigns are set, and where all of her short stories come from. It is a world not yet fully explored, where the gods roam free among mortals and blend in…until one of them disappears, unable to fulfill their duties, rendering an entire continent in Chaos.
A giant flying balloon houses a D&D and steampunk-inspired dungeon that is ahead of its time. Davenport Steelworks is ultimately a tragic tale of a chimera trying to keep its creator’s craft alive after their passing. Constructs are the preferred type of enemy and ally.
